Meditation Visualizing a Location – Video

Meditating while visualizing a location is a wonderful way to relieve stress. The location can be real, imaginary, or a combination of the two. The more you practice building up your “safe haven”, the more quickly you can bring it up when you are in a stressful situation. Here are the basics of meditating with a location visual.
